I have two restaurant ideas for someone to run with, I lack the motivation and well money/know-how/the actual thought this could be a good idea.
First up a breakfast type place. I thought initially only a breakfast pizza idea, but then I had some pancakes one morning. Breakfast tacos and pizza! For the breakfast pizza, you could do one of three crusts. A biscuit crust, pancake crust, or a waffle crust topped with eggs, and your choice of all sorts breakfasty type toppings. The breakfast taco would either be a soft or hard shell. The soft shell, a pancake, and the hard shell, a waffle of course. The filling would be eggs, breakfast meats, and the other breakfasty type stuff too. T
The other idea, Chicken Burgers and Beer. I love both, so why not have a place that features both. Not too much depth for this idea. Just feature all sorts of Chicken burgers and a variety of beer. Plain and simple. Plus I have a great roll recipe, and make a killer chicken burger.
