Zazzle recently took down this design, saying that http://www.rudolphstore.com/ contacted them about the design. Telling them to remove any reference to Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer. 

I would totally understand if in fact I had said Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer, or had an image of a slaughter red-nosed reindeer that looked like the one on their site. 

But I do not. I'm fairly pissed at Zazzle for doing this, just seems like they caved on the matter way to easy. This is the explanation I got after I continued to push for a reason.

your product infringes upon Character Arts, LLC.'s intellectual property rights of Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer. The design contained text "Deck the Halls with Rudolph's Blood" along with keywords that you describe your product as "christmas anti fun humor holiday deck the halls rudolph reindeer". This is a clear indication that it is certainly referencing Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer. 

Because I had tags of Rudolph and reindeer for the design. That makes a lot of sense to take a design down because of the tags associated with the design. Thanks Zazzle, you continue to lose points with me on the t-shirt front.

Christmas is taking over

Pretty sure those pumpkins were on the road because reindeer push them out of the trailer. 

Seriously, we're at the point where it is way to early to bring out Christmas items. I was at Kmart yesterday and there was a ton of that crap out at the store. Went to the Dollar Tree to pick up a few Halloween decorations that I saw a few weeks ago, well they were moved to another location and christmas stuff was there in it's place. It was October 3rd. Not like October 20-something. Even then I find it to be too early. Bring that crap out November 1st. I accept it then, it's October, it's Halloween time. I don't want to buy candy in September, 1.) that's nasty to keep it around that long, 2.) I'll eat it all before trick or treat night. Honestly there's no need for Christmas until late November, do you really need to decorate that early? 

I fail to recognize those items in the store, I really want to knock them over or break them. Just keep that crap in the back until late November.
