Weekly Weight Loss Update

This Week: 192.4
Expected. That's for sure, I really did not do a good job of watching what I ate this past week. Started off on Thursday with some huge wings, they were almost like chicken legs that's how much meat were on them. So good though.
Then easter this past weekend, I ate way too much candy.
I'm sure my weight gain could have been more, but pretty sure my activity kind of curbed that. I mowed the yard twice along with my workouts, so I shouldn't complain too much.
I will put this out there, I was lower on the wii scale than the scale in my bathroom. Too bad I keep track with the scale in the bathroom. On to next week.

Updating Old Designs: I don't hate you, I just love myself more
It's time for another design I updated, today we have my I don't hate you, I just love myself more design. The image on the right is the old one, not bad, not great. I think the red in it did not really do it justice. The updated one I feel just flows a little better, seems like it should be on a t-shirt or coffee mug or whatever else I have it on. Plus I really think this is a funny saying, don't you?

Not bad, I was expecting more. Especially since I was coming off a mountains trip, in which I eat and drink way more than normal. So only being up 0.8 is a good thing.
Did not really skip any workouts, and did not really do much of anything in the mountains except sit around, I was grilling and shooting guns. Those are kind of activities, right?

Weekly Weight Loss Update

This Week: 191.2
Down 0.6 pounds, not bad considering I had way more food this past week. I don't get my body sometimes with this weight loss. Probably never will.
Workouts are the same, nothing really new. I have to say the 15 minutes of yoga 3 days a week was needed. I feel much better doing that, body not feeling as tight as it was. That's what yoga is suppose to do though right?

Updating Old Designs: Wouldn't You Like to Gnome?
Here is another design I have updated, you can see the updated design on the left and the old one on the right. My Wouldn't You Like to Gnome? t-shirt design. I really do not know what I was thinking when I created the original design, since I really like the updated one.
I'm also cleaning house on my CafePress and Zazzle shops. Started over with most of my designs, so I can update to new products a lot easier when they come out. Five years of stagnate products and designs makes you want to update, well for me it does anyhow.
Just realized I have not yet updated this design on Zazzle, so I only have this on CafePress right now, go here to check out the this design on a variety of t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, kids shirts, mugs, and more!!!

Weekly Weight Loss Update
Last Week: 193,4
This Week: 191.8
Was hoping for more, but I'm happy I wasn't up. That would not have been good, since I was for the most part this past. Also started doing 15 minutes of yoga 3 days a week, I really neglected my stretching and I'm paying for it.
Started added vegetables back into my diet as well, I slacked on that for quite some time. That is a good filler, plus nutritious.
On to next week, hopefully I do not go back up. This yo-yo up and down in my weight is frustrating. I know, it is all on me.

GNGR (Ginger) Sticker
GNGR (ginger) sticker. I made this design a few months ago and only posted it on CafePress, and it has been selling fairly well. Fairly well meaning like 4 or 5 a month for me, so I decided to put the design on Zazzle too. I did not realize that Zazzle had the oval stickers, a lack of looking around that site on my part. I would have had the design there earlier.

I don't think he's going to catch anything, his line is broken. That happens to me all the time. First day of Trout season (well, for some counties) tomorrow in Pennsylvania. I'll be taking my son fishing for the first time, we'll see how that goes. I'm betting he catches one before me. I suck at fishing.
