Well. I was hoping to be down again this week, but I can't be upset with going back up a little. Since I ate WAY more than I usually do, being Thanksgiving and all. Plus I shoved a little more down my throat over the weekend. So being up the 0.6 pounds is not a bad thing.
Workouts were relatively the same, no yoga though that's like the second week in a row. Gotta fix that, back is getting sore, that stretching is nice. Plus it's another workout. The getting dark at 5pm has eliminated the walks we would sometimes take in the evening, that limits the workouts too. But that is all on me, I just need to find something other to do.
