This weeks Awesome Image come courtesy of WGAL 8.  Our local news station on NBC. You have to love DVR for this reason, as I was watching the news they were doing a sports story about Penn State, well they cut back to the desk, which wasn't suppose to happen, see the picture above. They cut right back, but with the pause, rewind of live TV. I got the shot. Thanks DVR.

Slow week

That's for sure, it's a week where I have not devoted myself to doing designs.

Although I have been working on updating my shop sections on CafePress.

But that's not all that exciting. Just felt like they needed to be changed.

Hopefully new designs will flow again very soon.

Lowered my markup

I can't remember what my markup on CafePress was before, but I have lowered my markup to $4.oo. So when you go to my shop and view the prices I'm making $4.00 off of that. Remember that, I'm not making half of that money, I'm making $4 per shirt. I just did a batch markup, which I wish it could have been a percentage, I would have just done 25%. But $4 is fine. I know I use to have it at $5, but then changed it once CafePress started giving me 10% for the marketplace sales.

And sales have been real slow. I believe I had like 5 in October. Just sucks, since I was getting use to the butt-load of sales I had just last year. It was nice having that extra money, and well I'm not sure how I can get back to that. My mind can't figure that out. Any suggestions are welcome.

I'm also in the process of updating my shop design, but it sucks since I accidently deleted some of the files I had on my iPod of things I had just updated! That just blows.

Haha, dumb bands

This article was on Yahoo this morning.

No Doubt suing over 'Band Hero'

Apparently the characters created to display on the screen when No Doubt "plays" a song are being used for other songs or it's allowing the gamers to use those characters to be used for those songs.

SHOCKER!!!

Look cash hungry bands out there, if you don't want your likeness used like that. Don't sign the deal to be apart of it. Why don't you just create better songs so everyone won't get hung up on your old music because you can't write anything worth listening to anymore. I mean this is what you get, so what if someone uses that to play another song on a game. Remember it's just a game. Deal with it.

Another New Design

Well well well. Look at me. About damn time I start churning out some new stuff. Although I must say this one has been in my head for quite some time and it's finally out. I think the design is fairly self explanatory. It's a crab and he's going to pinch you.

Awesome Image of the Week

Well, since Halloween is now officially over I guess it is officially unofficially winter time. So you better stock up on some ice melt, and you best get the Blizzard Wizard, I mean you know that ice melt stuff is pretty harsh and he's using his bare hands to spread it so it must be some pretty quality stuff.

I meant to take this picture for almost a year, it was at my former employers, I snapped this picture about two weeks before I got canned so way to go me.
