I uploaded a picture to the fail blog, hasn't been on the voting section yet. Don't know if it will. But it is a fail for sure.

I finally got a picture of this, people constantly do this the high school football stadium in our town. If I were a cop, they'd all have tickets. There's plenty of parking, you just might have to walk a little. OH NO! Chubby may have to walk and get some exercise (I don't think they are chubby, just lazy)
