This past week show me 20,000 average is attainable, but I needed Sunday off. It was good to just take a day. I'm really pushing myself, way harder than when I was dropping weight about 2-3 years ago. But I'm not really dropping any weight which makes it really difficult to justify doing this. I better see some weight drop off next week.
10,000 steps. Ha, that's for wussies.

Incredible! You do walks at night, yes? How long are these walks? You have really gotten me motivated to do this - I know I say that every time... so maybe I will buy a pedometer.
Since we started our nightly walks out here, husband claims to be dropping weight. Not sure how he knows - our scale is still @ the old place. But I trust him.
I do about 30 minutes in the morning too, either on the treadmill or elliptical. And then a walk in the evening. Not sure of how long they are, but I'm guessing around 4-5 miles? sometimes we go longer, all depends.
clothes probably fit different? maybe. my flat tire around my mid section isn't budging. damn genetics.
