10,000 step challenge...

Seven weeks down, five brutal weeks to go.

Wednesday: 19,503
Thursday: 16,824
Friday: 14,143
Saturday: 19,626
Sunday: 14,653
Monday: 21,072
Tuesday: 14,174

That's an average of: 17,142

Now into Week 8 of this challenge I have not made a 5% increase only once, which I am very happy about. But these last few weeks have some weekly averages going into 20,000 (ok, the last two weeks). This will be brutal, but I'm up for the challenge.

This is also the first week I was able to drop weight two weeks in a row, it has been lose 2lbs, gain 2lbs for the past couple months. So I have to say dropping 1lb from last week is great, considering father's day.

Nice work! Now that we've moved, we go for nightly walks - weather permitting. The only downfall being the mosquito bites. It has gotten us interested in getting some pedometers, though.

as long as I hit my goal I'm happy.

mosquitos can be bad, need some bug off or something.

it's nice to see how far you're actually going, i like the pedometer.
