I paused for a second today and it kept me out of an accident.
While coming to stop at a stop sign, there was a car down the road. I initially was going to go, but I paused to see how fast the car was going, just then someone turned down the road I was stopped on. Nearly clipped my front drivers side of my truck. Good thing I decided to start stopping where the stop sign is, or my truck would have been hit. And you wouldn't be reading this calm rant.
I hate when people do their initial stop past a white line or the stop sign. You're suppose to stop at the white line or the stop, then proceed.
And this is why I hate driving in a city, I just drive on back roads where normally I am the only vehicle on the road. Just the way I like it.
NBC reminded me today the tonight is the Last Episode or ER...
...before the finale.

Near accidents truly freak me out... your heart races, adrenaline is pumping... Ugh... gives me the creeps thinking about it. Glad you didn't get in the wreck, though.

It happened so fast, I was about to go, then didn't. Next thing there she was. too close.
ER should have ended when they killed Mark Green.
