That's the current weight that I am, 195. At my lowest I was 182 in April 2007. I leveled off at 185 and maintained that for quite some time, but the past 6 months the food and booze have flowed. The weightlifting and cardio went almost by the wayside. I'm sure none of you know, I was anti-any exercise the majority of my life, and that meant at my heaviest 240. I was normally around 220 most of my life. No crying here like the fatties on the biggest loser. And I have never strayed from my favorites, fried chicken, pizza, beer, while enjoying my weight loss.
But that's the past, I want to get back down to 185, which I hope to have done by Thanksgiving, so I can but some Holiday weight on since there is entirely too much food around that time between Thanksgiving and Christmas. And if you read yesterdays post, you know I am taking this, kind of, serious. Waking up at 5 am. Yay fun.
