Favorite Star Wars Moment

Came across my favorite scene in Return of the Jedi or Star Wars: Episode 6 - Return of the Jedi, it's when the Ewoks are battling the Empire's army. It happens when 2 Ewoks are running away from an Imperial All Terrain Scout Transport and happen to get shot, 2 go down, 1 gets up, attempts to get the other up, then cries like a little bitch. Fucking great, that's what happens Ewoks. Ruin what could have been the greatest Star Wars movie with your stupid teddy bear qualities.

Star Wars

So I'm a huge Star Wars Fan (I'd say geek, but I don't dress up and go to the conventions), I mean when/if anything Star Wars comes on TV my head turns to the TV, I zone out, my jaw drops and I ignore anyone around me, even if I've seen the commercial 100 times.

So to get to my point, when the prequels came out, everyone bashed them, wah wah wah, these movies suck, Hayden Christensen is too whiny, blah blah blah. Well while watching the "Original" Trilogy, I noticed something, Luke is a whiny little bitch and I want to slap the shit out him for being a little pussy. I mean Anakin at least had the right to be a little bitch, he was raised as a slave on a shitty desert planet - tatooine, had to work for an asshole, then was raped of his childhood by a couple of jedi who thought he was the chosen one, then tormented by Darth Sidious for years. Luke grew up in a loving family with Obi-Wan/Yoda watching over him. Luke just decided to be a shithead, Anakin was forced into.

The Prequels and the Original Trilogy are fucking awesome-great movies that I can't wait to share with my son someday.

Nascar

The Daytona 500 was yesterday, 2/18/07. Now I used to watch Nascar almost on a weekly basis about 10 years ago, stopped watching it, just became disinterested in it. But what gets me is that the change of sponsorship to it's top level of competing. You all know of it now by Nextel Cup, when it used to be Winston Cup. You know the cigarette company that sponsored the hillbilly racing circuit. But when they were going over past champions of the Daytona 500 they referred to them as Nextel Cup winners or Nextel Cup champions. Those people never won a Nextel Cup race, they won Winston Cup races/championships. Nextel wasn't the sponsor then they've only been the sponsor for the past couple of years, anyone from the past as either a Nascar Cup champion/winner or a Winston Cup champion/winner. Winston sponsored your ass when nobody was watching, Nascar wouldn't be shit if it wasn't for the Cigarette company, don't forget that.

Gay Marriage

Seriously, who does this affect? Isn't happiness the true meaning of life? Should not that not be all that matters. I mean what's worse, growing up knowing your parents are unhappy and your Dad is gay and has been frequenting public restrooms to take it in both ends, or that you grew up in a loving family where you have 2 Dads who are happy?
